1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers at Aldi. As a Full-Time Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in the warehouse. You will participate in inventory counts, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Inspect products, provide input for process improvement, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
