1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Assist in taking warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
