1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse organization.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborative spirit, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
