1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. You will play a crucial role in efficiently stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your contributions will directly impact our warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery to our stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
