1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour. As a part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership for effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Work independently within set guidelines and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow safety and ergonomic procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
