1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with peers and management. Additional responsibilities include achieving budgeted goals, inspecting product quality, and suggesting process improvements. To excel in this role, you must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment safely, and work efficiently within a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
