1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older and demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and a drive for success. You should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
