2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position averaging 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
