Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate efficiency, attention to detail, and physical capability to perform warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per warehouse guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical agility to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
