We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve set goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
