Job Description

We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently execute tasks following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.
