Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift schedule differentials. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
