1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that products are received, stored, and prepared for delivery to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting, bending, and movement of merchandise. Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
