1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team. Our warehouse operations ensure that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
