Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare shipments for delivery and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work within a team environment and follow company policies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
