1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock to fulfill store orders, organizing merchandise for shipment, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork
• Adapts positively to challenges and changes
• Delivers excellent performance and drives for success
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus
