1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's team on a full-time basis. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to efficiently organize tasks and execute them within specified standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
