1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. This role offers part-time hours, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, and a competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance, reporting any issues to management.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely according to guidelines.
