1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise in our warehouse. You will play a key role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, taking inventory counts, and collaborating with the team to improve processes. The position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and take inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines and follow company policies.

Job Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
