1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our ongoing success in providing quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
