We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a part-time position with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• General cleaning and warehouse inventory tasks.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
