1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a dynamic warehouse environment. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competency in quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
• Efficiency in organizing and executing tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving up to 45 pounds.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Working in varying temperatures.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
