1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse is the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for less than 30 hours of work per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled settings. As part of a hardworking team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and contribute to process improvements.
• Interact effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
