Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in process improvements.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic arithmetic ability and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
