1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
