Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. If you are a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products as required.
