1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. This is a full-time position with average hours ranging from 30-35 per week. The starting wage is up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for various duties, such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
