Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards.

Job Type

Full-Time, 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage

Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethics, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize and execute tasks efficiently in compliance with company standards.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving and preparing merchandise for deliveries.
• Standing, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the warehouse.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
