2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This position offers up to $28.75 per hour and various schedules to choose from. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Follow organizational policies and procedures efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
