2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect and maintain product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies for optimal performance.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and perform warehouse tasks.
