2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our valued customers. Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be an essential member of our dedicated and hardworking team in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. We provide comprehensive training and safety programs to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines within the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise strategically for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve operations.
• Inspect product quality, provide input for process improvements, and achieve budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
