We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and a positive work impact.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varied temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
