Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating effectively with peers and leaders.

Shift Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule)

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious work ethic and collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
