We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, providing quality service to our customers. With starting wages at $25.75 per hour and opportunities for growth, this position offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for working both independently and in a team environment.
