2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, the renowned retail company. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing products for shipment. Your role will involve collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, adhering to safety guidelines, and contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with team members.
• Inspect and maintain product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow warehouse procedures and assist in process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientious and collaborative work ethic.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and work in varying temperatures.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting.
