2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in selecting, organizing, and loading merchandise efficiently to meet store orders. This position requires attention to detail, collaboration with peers and leadership, adherence to safety guidelines, and a commitment to warehouse excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide insights to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation issues.
• Act independently within area of responsibility to achieve warehouse goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic calculations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
