2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, identify safety concerns, and report sanitation issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and maneuver products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Varying physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Work in different temperature environments including outdoor and refrigerated spaces.
