2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a vital member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and collaborating with the warehouse leadership to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety standards.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Maneuver merchandise for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical movements throughout the warehouse.
• Work in differing temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
• Safely operate industrial equipment.
