We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a part of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
