2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock handling, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Handle and relocate merchandise following guidelines for product handling.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborate with the team, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
