Job Description: 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi

Join our team as a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. With starting wages at $25.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas and benefit from thorough training and safety programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, basic arithmetic, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely handle warehouse tasks.
