2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet our customers' needs. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management to optimize processes.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities to achieve warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying warehouse conditions.
