2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are efficiently received, sorted, and prepared for delivery to our stores. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments, providing an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
