2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and relocating merchandise efficiently within the warehouse to fulfill orders for our stores. This position requires working 2nd shift with various schedule options available to accommodate different preferences. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to quality, collaborate effectively with peers and management, and drive for success in achieving warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
