2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring overall warehouse productivity.

• Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical exertion.
