3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to fulfill store orders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Interact effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
