Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing a team of associates, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products to stores.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates for optimal performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
