Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a well-known company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and handling merchandise to ensure efficient store deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and improving warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of products.
• Basic arithmetic skills and effective communication abilities.
