3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a critical part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement suggestions.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move 45-pound products and operate industrial equipment.
