Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store operations to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while nurturing and coaching the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.
• Set performance expectations, conduct training, and evaluate employee performance.
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met.
• Monitor local market trends and recommend adjustments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Proficient in customer service and communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
